What we do — and what licensed professionals do
We work strictly within California law and are transparent about it.
We do not perform land surveying: boundary determination, survey monuments and survey documents are done by licensed land surveyors.
Residential design is provided within the exemptions of the California Architects Practice Act. When a project requires a licensed architect or engineer, we bring one in and coordinate the work.
No structural, seismic or engineering calculations.
We are not a real estate broker and do not represent buyers or sellers in transactions.
We are not a general contractor: construction work is performed by licensed contractors, and we coordinate on your behalf.
